New Admission Cancellation (Prior to Attendance)

Prior to Attendance

If a newly admitted student withdraws due to unavoidable circumstances before attending a single day of school:

  • Eligible Refund: 100% of Caution Money, Tuition Fees, Annual Charges, and Transport/Mess Service Charges (if paid) will be refunded upon receipt of a written cancellation application.
  • Condition: Applies strictly if the student has not attended school for even a single day in the new academic session.
  • Non-Refundable: Basic administrative/registration application processing fees.

  • Written Notice: Parents must submit a written withdrawal application to the Principal well in advance.
  • Tuition & Transport Charges: Parents must pay full monthly Tuition and Transport Service Charges for the month in which the child is withdrawn. A fraction/part of a month is calculated as a full month.
  • Proportionate Refund: Any advance tuition fees paid beyond the month of withdrawal will be refunded.

Withdrawal at the Start of a New Session

New Session
  • Notice Deadline: Written notification must be submitted on or before the first day of the new academic session.
  • Late Notice Penalty: If notice is given after the first day, mid-term withdrawal rules apply (full month's Tuition, Transport, and Mess charges for the current month will be charged, and advance quarter fees/annual charges will be refunded proportionately).

  • Payment Mode: Refund cheques are drawn strictly in the name of the parent/guardian who signed the original enrollment form.

School Leaving Certificate (TC) & Clearance

TC Release & Dues
  • Dues Settlement: The Transfer Certificate (TC) will not be issued until all school, mess, transport, and departmental dues are fully cleared.
